Jennifer Mayo is a graduate of Riverdale Baptist School and currently attends University of Maryland University college. Jennifer started her baking in October, and shortly after founded JennyBakedIt. JennyBakedIt’s mission is to craft from-scratch sweets and treats and decorate them with colors, textures, and flavors that spark joy in its consumer. Jennifer loves baking, but decorating is her favorite part. “I find decorating treats to be an amazing creative outlet. There are endless themes and possibilities when it comes to decorating cakes. We must eat anyway, so let’s make our food tell a story, let’s make it beautiful.”
